India captain Virat Kohli has posted a picture on social media with fast bowlers Ishant Sharma and Mohammed Siraj captioning it, "These quicks are dominating every day." Virat and company will face New Zealand in the much-awaited final of the World Test Championship at Southampton starting June 18. Ahead of the final match, both the teams are in full swung. While India are playing an intra-squad match, New Zealand defeated England in two-match Test series on Sunday 1-0. The side showed complete dominance in the series against hosts England and at every point of both matches, they were looking to win the game.
BCCI has not shared the full scorecard of the intra-squad game but they had shared the leading run-scorers and wicket-takers' list at the end of each day.
Star Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah also shared a picture on his social media with opener Rohit Sharma, batsman Cheteshwar Pujara, and wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant, after another session of their training. "All smiles after another great training session," tweeted Bumrah.
Bumrah, who is just 17 wickets from 100 Test wickets, is expected to lead the Indian bowling attack in the final against Kiwis.
India and New Zealand will play the inaugural final of the World Test Championship at Ageas Bowl Cricket Stadium in Southampton from June 18 to 22.
