Novak Djokovic beat Grigor Dimitrov 6-2, 6-2, 6-3 to enter the round of 16.
Rafael Nadal advanced with a 7-6 (7-5), 6-4, 6-4 win over Fabio Fognini.
Kei Nishikori had a tough match against Benoit Paire but ultimately triumphed 6-3, 6-7 (3-7), 6-4, 6-1.
Maria Sharapova beat Zheng Jie 6-1, 7-5 to enter the fourth round.
Victoria Azarenka conceded the first set to Alize Cornet but came back to win 4-6, 6-3, 6-1.
