FULL-TIME REPORT
Stoke City are staring Championship football square in the face after their winless run stretched to 11 matches with a 1-1 draw against Burnley at the Bet365 Stadium. Papa Alioune N'Diaye had the Potters fans dreaming of a great escape when he gave them the lead after 11 minutes but that was as good as it got for the hosts. Burnley grew into the match and levelled the scoreline just after the hour mark as Ashley Barnes bundled in from close range after Jack Butland had made one of a string of fine saves. The Clarets' hopes of a top-six finish are slim now but for Stoke, the situation is far more dire as they're four points from safety having played more games than all of their relegation rivals.
90'
FULL-TIME WHISTLE
That's it. It finishes Stoke City 1 Burnley 1.
90'
GUDMUNDSSON CHANCES
Nearly certain curtains for Stoke! Johann Gudmundsson comes close to scoring twice, first being denied by another Jack Butland save before driving narrowly past the post.
90'
N'DIAYE BOOKED
Papa Alioune N'Diaye is booked for showing dissent. Stoke are really frustrated here.
90'
FOUR ADDED MINUTES
There will be four added minutes.
90'
Yellow Card
Papa Alioune N'Diaye (Stoke City)
89'
IRELAND CLOSE
Inches away! Papa Alioune N'Diaye wins the ball back for Stoke before Stephen Ireland's curling effort comes within inches of a dramatic winner.
88'
GUNG HO STOKE
Stoke City are throwing caution to the wind now. Do they have anything left in the tank?
86'
Yellow Card
Erik Pieters (Stoke City)
9'
STEADY START
Stoke City have started steadily and are trying to find the likes of Xherdan Shaqiri and Mame Diouf in space down the flanks with direct balls.
85'
PIETERS BOOKED
Erik Pieters is cautioned after catching Matthew Lowton with a late tackle. Five minutes of the 90 to go and time is running out for Stoke City.
83'
POINT NO GOOD
A point is probably not much use for either of these teams and their end-of-season ambitions, so there could still be a goal in this.
80'
CAMPBELL STRIKE
Tyrese Campbell shoots straight at Nick Pope after being set up by Xherdan Shaqiri - the only man who looks to be a threat for Stoke City at this stage.
79'
Substitution
Jeff Hendrick (on). Aaron Lennon (off). (Burnley)
78'
HENDRICK FOR LENNON
Burnley throw on Jeff Hendrick for the final 15 minutes or so. He replaces Aaron Lennon.
76'
SHAWCROSS HEADER
That was close for Stoke! Ryan Shawcross flashes a header wide of goal after connecting with Xherdan Shaqiri's cross. All that needed was someone behind the Potters man to finish.
75'
Substitution
Tyrese Campbell (on). Mame Diouf (off). (Stoke City)
75'
CAMPBELL FOR DIOUF
Stoke City also make a substitution, with young Tyrese Campbell coming on in place of Mame Diouf, who had that huge chance to double Stoke's lead just before half time. How he will rue that should the hosts not win today.
74'
Substitution
Sam Vokes (on). Ashley Barnes (off). (Burnley)
74'
VOKES FOR BARNES
Burnley make their first change of the afternoon as they target the full three points. Sam Vokes is on and it's the goalscorer Ashley Barnes who is withdrawn.
73'
RESTLESS FANS
The home supporters are very nervous now and a draw is probably no good for Stoke; they will be four points behind 17th-placed Swansea City who have two matches in hand.
70'
IRELAND FOR BAUER
With Arsenal currently drawing with West Ham United, Burnley know that a victory here could close the gap on the top six. Stephen Ireland is warmed up and ready to emerge from the bench for Stoke City. He replaces Moritz Bauer.
69'
Substitution
Stephen Ireland (on). Moritz Bauer (off). (Stoke City)
67'
BURNLEY ON TOP
Burnley are well on top now. Matthew Lowton has a shot which is blocked before Stephen Ward volleys narrowly over. Paul Lambert needs to change something here.
63'
BARNES SCORES
And there's the goal that has been coming! James Tarkowski again gets a header in at goal from a set piece and Jack Butland saves again. However the England international can't do anything as Ashley BARNES bundles in on the rebound and claims his tenth goal of the Premier League campaign.
62'
Goal
Ashley Barnes (Burnley)
62'
GOOOAAALLL!!!
It's in! Burnley have levelled!
61'
POTTERS FLAT
Stoke City haven't got going in this second half as yet. With their record of seeing out games, Burnley must still fancy their chances.
59'
Substitution
Kurt Zouma (on). Glen Johnson (off). (Stoke City)
6'
TARKOWSKI AWAY
It looks like James Tarkowski is in some trouble by his own corner flag but he manages to wriggle away from the pressure of Xherdan Shaqiri and Mame Diouf in close proximity.
43'
DIOUF FLUFFS
Paul Lambert will be delighted if Stoke City can hang onto this lead for another few minutes and take it into half time. It could have been even better for the hosts as Moritz Bauer breaks from deep and finds Mame Diouf with a cross, but the Senegalese frontman fluffs his attempt to control.
39'
BALANCED GAME
Burnley started slowly and paid the price for that on the scoreboard but since Papa Alioune N'Diaye's opener it's been an even encounter here.
36'
GUDMUNDSSON CLOSE
Papa Alioune N'Diaye concedes a free-kick inside his own defensive third. Johann Gudmundsson takes the resulting set piece, but he's denied by Jack Butland who leaps to his right to parry away for a corner kick.
33'
LAST-DITCH LONG
In an example of that high tempo, Stoke City press high and dispossess Burnley's defence. Mame Diouf runs towards goal but Kevin Long stops him from adding to the hosts' lead with a fine last-ditch challenge.
31'
HIGH TEMPO
There's no time to take a breath at the Bet365 Stadium with a high tempo throughout.
28'
DIOUF HEADER
Xherdan Shaqiri twice gets the chance to deliver into the box for Stoke. Ashley Westwood clears from a corner kick before the Swiss picks up the pieces. His second ball in is headed towards goal by Mame Diouf but is easy for Nick Pope to gather.
27'
LUCKY BARNES
Ashley Barnes was fortunate not to have seen a colour other than yellow there. He hurled Bruno Martins Indi to the ground off the ball. The Stoke supporters are not happy.
25'
Yellow Card
Ashley Barnes (Burnley)
25'
BARNES BOOKED
One of the major facets of Stoke City's season has been their inability to see out matches when they're in a good position so it'll be interesting to see how they go about it today. Meanwhile, Ashley Barnes is booked for a shove on Bruno Martins Indi as they chased down a loose ball.
4'
LENNON BLOCKED
Burnley have the first real shot of the game as Aaron Lennon's slapped shot is blocked by the Stoke defence.
22'
WOOD SHOT
Chris Wood wrestles with Bruno Martins Indi but stays on his feet before pulling a shot straight at Jack Butland in the Stoke goal. Burnley are playing their way back into this game.
19'
SHAQIRI SPACE
Burnley would do well to not give Xherdan Shaqiri that amount of space. The Swiss has the freedom of Stoke-on-Trent as he pulls a shot wide from distance but it's a warning for the Clarets who look a little off-colour so far today.
17'
BARNES WIDE
Burnley have been second best so far but have a decent opportunity when Ashley Westwood picks out Ashley Barnes with a raking pass. He cuts inside but bends an effort wide of goal.
14'
SURVIVAL HOPES
That goal has improved the mood amongst the home fans here, who were largely feeling pessimistic about their chances of Premier League survival before the game. That could change with three points here, though.
11'
Goal
Papa Alioune N'Diaye. Assist by Mame Diouf (Stoke City)
11'
N'DIAYE SCORES
Stoke City have a vital lead at the Bet365 Stadium! Moments after suffering a scare at one end, Mame Diouf lays off to Papa Alioune N'DIAYE at the other and he slaps the ball into the bottom corner of the net from the edge of the box.
11'
GOOOAAALLL!!!
It's in! Stoke have the lead!
58'
ZOUMA FOR JOHNSON
Stoke City make their first substitution this afternoon as Glen Johnson is replaced by Kurt Zouma.
55'
GREAT SAVE
And that's even better from Jack Butland! From the resulting corner, he leaps to his right again to block James Tarkowski's header, which was undoubtedly about to nestle in the back of the net. Burnley pressing!
54'
CORK HEADER
Jack Butland has to be alert to claw over the top of the bar after Jack Cork flicked a Johann Gudmundsson free-kick towards the target.
53'
QUIET START
It's been a quieter start to the second half with no openings for either side. How long until Sean Dyche turns to his bench?
49'
ALLEN TACKLE
Stephen Ward is allowed the time and space to bomb up the left flank for Burnley but Joe Allen is quickly across to stop him with a hefty challenge. Can Stoke keep up the tempo of the first half as this one wears on?
47'
SLIPPERY STOKE
Stoke City have lost a massive 12 points from winning positions this season; their situation would look a lot different with even half of those points in the bag. Can they claim three huge ones today or will they let it slip through their fingers again?
46'
BACK UNDERWAY
We're back underway. No changes from either Stoke City or Burnley at the interval.
45'
HALF-TIME WHISTLE
And there's the half-time whistle. It's Stoke City 1 Burnley 0.
45'
HALF-TIME REPORT
Stoke City hold a vital lead over Burnley at half time in what has been a breathless first period at the Bet365 Stadium. The relegation-threatened hosts started the better team and found themselves ahead on 11 minutes when Papa Alioune N'Diaye's shot bobbled into the bottom corner from the edge of the penalty area. The Clarets improved as the half went on but found clear-cut chances hard to come by and may just be happy to still have 11 men out there, with Ashley Barnes only seeing yellow for an off-the-ball shove on Bruno Martins Indi.
10'
LONG CLOSE
That was close! Kevin Long gets his head to a Burnley corner kick - incorrectly awarded after Aaron Lennon dribbled over the byline - but Stoke fumble away.
1'
WE'RE OFF
We're up and running at the Bet365 Stadium. Can Stoke City give themselves a chance of avoiding the drop or will Burnley pile the gloom on Paul Lambert's side?
0'
CONFIRMED TEAMS
Stoke City make two changes to their starting XI; Peter Crouch comes in for Ramadan Sobhi, while Glen Johnson is also in for Kurt Zouma. Burnley are unchanged.
0'
STAY TUNED
Kick-off at the Bet365 Stadium is at 1.30pm and Bradley King will have all the team news action for you from shortly before then.

MATCH PREVIEW
Anything less than a victory for Stoke City over Burnley at the Bet365 Stadium on Sunday afternoon will leave the hosts desperately clinging onto their Premier League status by the most delicate of threads. The Potters have gone ten games without a victory in the top flight – a run which now sees them five points away from safety with just four fixtures remaining this season. To pile the pessimism on for Paul Lambert's side, they've also lost their last three matches on home territory and have won just one out of 18 matches against top-half teams. Burnley, on the other hand, will arrive in Staffordshire in high spirits, despite last week's defeat to Chelsea. That was their first loss since 10th February and Sean Dyche's impressive team still remain on course to challenge for continental qualification in May.
