It was all square between Brazil and Chile till 90 minutes which saw the game go into extra time.

There were no more goals in extra time which meant that the match went into a penalty shootout. Finally, It was Neymar's all important penalty and Julio Cesar's excellent goalkeeping which saw Brazil go through to the quarter-finals of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
