Iftikhar Anjum is a fast-medium bowler from Pakistan. He is very lean and his action has the resemblance to Australian great Glenn McGrath. His excellent performance at domestic level earned him a call into the Pakistan ODI team against India. Iftikhar has put up a decent performance in the few opportunities that he has got.
He can bowl reverse-swing which is quite a prerequisite for Pakistani bowlers, when the ball gets a bit rougher, with fine control over his yorkers.
He has lost out on a few games with the presence of other seamers. But, Iftikhar Anjum is surely a bowler to look out for in the future.
