That completes our formalities of this brilliant game. It was a rollicking contest and fair to say that the Windies were the deserving winners. Do-or-die time now for Pakistan with just two matches left in the series. The next game will be played on 9th April 2017 at this same venue. The action begins at 0930 local, 1330 GMT. Do join us for that one. Until next time, it's goodbye from us. Cheers!
West Indies skipper, Jason Holder says that the openers set up the chase really well and then Mohammed played a special innings with Nurse playing smartly in the end. Credits the batting coach and all the players who contributed to this victory. Reckons that such matches give them the confidence but series is far from over. Ends up by saying that they will have to play each and every match as a final as it all adds up to the World Cup qualification.
Man of the Match, Jason Mohammed says that it's nice to be playing for the West Indies again after making his debut in 2011. Says that they had the self belief to win the game and wanted to show their spirit to the world. Adds that it was difficult to score off the spinners and hence targeted the seamers. Reckons that his bat does the magic in clearing those fences.
Pakistan skipper, SARFRAZ AHMED says that it was a difficult match but they should have won it. Applauds Jason Mohammed's effort. Says that they lost the match in the last 10 overs as they crumbled under pressure. Ends up by saying that they will look to learn from their mistakes and make the corrections in the future matches.
Pakistan will be hurting big time. To be honest, they just wilted under the pressure towards the end. Hafeez and Malik were tidy with the ball but the wickets never really came at regular intervals and that cost the tourists. Amir and Shadab did keep them in the hunt but eventually, Jason Mohammed's encore proved too much for Pakistan. The visitors were clueless against some brutal powerhitting from West Indies. They will have to do some thinking on where things went wrong. Earlier on, they batted well as a unit to post 308 which unfortunately proved inadequate. A big reality check for Pakistan!
What a run chase! History created by the West Indies as this is the first time they have chased a target in excess of 300 in ODIs. Lewis and Powell had set a platform for them but the pace of scoring was on the slower side before that man, Jason Mohammed, entered the scene. He was positive from the outset and his stand with Carter turned the tide a bit. Although the latter departed, Mohammed wasn't to be denied as he just tore into the Pakistani bowling. Nurse blitzed a cameo himself as the duo sealed the chase with an over to spare.

THAT WILL DO! What an effort from the hosts! They didn't appear to stand a chance against the target but have managed to achieve the improbable. The Windies players have barged into the ground and the celebrations have begun. Coming to the ball, it's full outside off, Nurse drives it through point. There's a huge gap there and two runs are taken with ease. With that West Indies register an absolutely stunning victory. THEY WIN BY 4 WICKETS TO GO 1-0 UP in the 3-match ODI series.

Wahab Riaz To Jason Mohammed
IN THE AIR... BUT SAFE! Full on middle, Mohammed covers his stumps, then clears his front leg. Goes through with his heave. Gets a top edge and the ball lobs in between Riaz and the fielder coming in from mid-wicket. A single is taken. Mohammed breathes a sigh of relief.
WAHAB RIAZ is back.

Mohammad Amir To Ashley Nurse
NOT OUT! Amir fires it very full around leg, Nurse looks to jam it out but fails. The ball goes off the pads on the leg side. There's a huge appeal for lbw but it's turned down. Pakistan use their review. After taking his time, the third umpire decides there's no edge involved. The Ball Tracker shows that the ball pitched outside leg and that saves the big man. A leg bye is taken.
Pakistan have taken a review for lbw against Nurse. Seemed a desperate one to be honest.

Mohammad Amir To Ashley Nurse
FOUR! Poor delivery to start the over. Bowls a back of a length delivery down the leg side, Nurse just helps it on its way very fine. Beats the man in deep and that's another boundary to Nurse. Amir too succumbing under pressure!
MOHAMMAD AMIR is back. Pressure totally on Pakistan now. Can Amir change things?
