Imrul Kayes, the winning captain of Comilla Victorians, smiles and says that the team did very well, especially Faf du Plessis, Cameron Delport and Liton Das. Adds that Nahidul Islam continues to impress and he is very courageous and can bowl at any time of the innings. Hopes that Nahidul Islam can do this throughout the tournament. On Mustafizur Rahman, Kayes replies that he is a champion bowler and can get the breakthrough at any time.
FAF DU PLESSIS IS THE PLAYER OF THE MATCH! The South African says that the first two games in Dhaka was a bit of a shock to the system and it was important for him to contribute. He is grateful that he scored some runs in this game. Praises Liton Das for his knock and appreciates the innings of Cameron Delport as well. Tells that they just tried to maximize the end overs.
Naeem Islam, the skipper of Chattogram Challengers, says that they decided to bowl first only because the wicket had some help and had they restricted Comilla Victorians under 165-170, it would have been better. Admits that they did not bat well and adds that the top four needed to put up a fight, but they failed to do so.

Comilla Victorians hammered 76 runs in the last 5 overs and that proved to be the difference. A target of 150-160 could have been competitive but posting 183 on the board turned out to be above par. Faf du Plessis was the chief architect with the bat as he finally announced his arrival with a thumping knock. His partnerships with Liton Das and then with Cameron Delport were very vital and the way Delport finished things off in the final over - by amassing 23 runs - propelled Comilla Victorians to an imposing total.
It was a stiff target for Chattogram Challengers but they never got going. Too many big shots were attempted very early in the innings and as a result, they lost three wickets inside the Powerplay. Only Will Jacks put up a fight, scoring a fifty, but wickets kept on tumbling at the other end. All the bowlers of Comilla Victorians were right on the money and pegged the Challengers back at regular intervals. Nahidul Islam picked up three wickets in the match and impressed the most.
Three in three for Comilla Victorians and it's a polished all-round performance from them! Yet another dominating show from their bowlers - they have now picked 30 wickets in three matches. By far the best bowling attack in this edition, have to say.
