Bangladesh lifts the trophy! And that is a wrap from this game. Bangladesh have clinched the series 2-1 and are the deserved champions. Captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz collects the trophy, flashing a big smile for the cameras as the team celebrates their massive victory. It has been an absolute pleasure bringing you all the live action, and we hope you enjoyed our coverage. That is all from us for this series. Goodbye and cheers!
Bangladesh captain - Mehidy Hasan Miraz says that it was an excellent match and the boys bowled really well. Adds that Shanto and Litton were excellent, and they took the responsibility as they had lost three early wickets. He says that they knew the conditions and they bowled accordingly. Ends by saying that they fielded well and he is happy with the series win.
Player of the Series - Nahid Rana is the Player of the Series. He says he is feeling good, and the thing on his mind while bowling was to target the stumps and take wickets. Ends by saying that he keeps it simple and bowls according to the plans.
Player of the Match - Najmul Hossain Shanto is the Player of the Match for his brilliant century. He says New Zealand bowled really well at the top, but he didn't look back much and stayed in the present. Shares he liked to play straight and execute plans. On his partnership with Litton Das, Shanto feels that Das played an outstanding knock. They were just trying to build a big partnership.
New Zealand's skipper - Tom Latham says Dean Foxcroft was hitting very cleanly but had a lot to do in the end. Reckons things would have been different had we got some wickets in hand, but credits Bangladesh for their performance. Shares that they weren't able to build any partnerships with the bat, which put them on the back foot. Feels that they bowled well, but Litton Das and Najmul Hossain Shanto batted brilliantly. Latham admits they were happy with the score, but failed to build any partnerships.
Presentations coming up...
The Fizz destroyed the Kiwi lineup - The star for the hosts was undoubtedly Mustafizur Rahman. He ripped through the New Zealand batters with a magnificent spell of 5/43. Nahid Rana picked 2 wickets and the skipper Mehidy Hasan Miraz took two wickets as well. Shoriful Islam picked one wicket as Bangladesh secured a dominant victory and won the series by 2-1.
Kiwis struggled in the chase - Chasing 266, New Zealand just could not find their rhythm. They completely failed to build the big partnerships required to chase down the target. Nick Kelly fought hard at the top of the order with a solid 59, but the rest of the batters faltered. Bangladesh skipper Mehidy Hasan Miraz was spot on with his bowling changes, keeping the pressure firmly on the visitors.
Shanto and Litton rescued the innings - Earlier in the day, New Zealand won the toss and elected to bowl. Bangladesh were in early trouble at 32/3, but Najmul Hossain Shanto and Litton Das led a brilliant fightback. Shanto smashed a superb 105, while Litton added a classy 76. Their massive 160-run stand helped the hosts post a fighting total of 265/8, despite some excellent bowling from New Zealand. Will O'Rourke was the pick of the bowlers for New Zealand as he picked 3 wickets.
Bangladesh have done it! Bangladesh win the third and final ODI by 55 runs, sealing the series 2-1 with a thumping victory here at Chattogram. It was a dominant overall performance from the hosts to completely outclass the Kiwis and lift the trophy. This is the first ODI series win for Bangladesh against New Zealand in their last 5 ODI series.

Nahid Rana bowls a yorker, wide outside off. Ben Lister jams his bat out but fails to connect. Bangladesh think otherwise. They appeal for caught behind but it is turned down. Review loads. UltraEdge shows a spike but it's off the bat, hitting the deck.
Bangladesh have taken a review for caught behind.
