The second edition is slated to be bigger and better, featuring even more talent and this is where we get a peak into the future of women's cricket on the whole. 16 teams divided into 4 groups of four teams followed by two groups of 6 teams and then the Super Sixes before finally moving on to the semi-finals and final, which means loads of opportunities for every team to make a mark. Talking about the teams, both Australia Women Under-19 and Scotland Women Under-19 featured in the inaugural edition with the former bowing out in the semis against arch-rivals England and the latter losing all three group matches. But, things could be well different this time around, especially for Scotland Women Under-19 who as a women's cricketing nation have grown a lot and with the senior team making big strides, they will be expected to push the bigger teams to the limit here.
