Bangla Tigers tied with Team Abu Dhabi
We are done with this game and now it is time for the finals. Deccan Gladiators face Delhi Bulls in the final clash of the Abu Dhabi T10. That game will start at 2000 Local (1600 GMT). So switch the tab and enjoy the ultimate contest. Adios!
Naveen-ul-Haq is the Player of the Match, he says it was a tough game to play as the pressure was on both of them but his team did well to take the game till end.
... The Presentation ...
Hard luck for Bangla Tigers. It was a hard pitch to bat on but they did really well to take the game till the last ball. It wouldn't have been possible without the effort of Will Smeed and Karim Janat as they showed an incredible effort to steady the ship. The game changed in the last over when Janat fell. Results could have been different but they fell short by the barest of margin.
Naveen-ul-Haq what a bowler, he had just 7 runs to bowl with and the way Karim Janat and Will Smeed were batting, the chase was looking pretty easy but Naveen-ul-Haq showed his skills and scalped the wicket of Janat on the first ball and got his team back to the game. A tie was a perfect result with the way both teams gave their best but Team Abu Dhabi win the contest as they were higher on the table.
TEAM ABU DHABI WIN AND SECURE THE 3RD SPOT IN THE PLAY-OFFS although the match is tied, Team Abu Dhabi were placed higher on the points table and they clinch the spot. Thriller, absolute thriller of a match. What a game of cricket, everyone on the ground was on their edge of the seat. Both gave their best and in the end, it came down to the last ball. 3 runs were needed and Bangla Tigers did their best to level the score. It all came down to the points table and as Team Abu Dhabi were above Bangla Tigers. They will take the 3rd spot.
