Moeen Ali, the skipper of Morrisville Samp Army says that they had a competitive score on the board and they knew that if they bowled well, they can make a match out of it. Tells that the plan was to just keep it simple and keep the pressure on with dot balls. Mentions that he tries to keep himself calm and hopes that it works for the team.
Dwaine Pretorius is the Player of the Match! He says that his job was to bring things back for the team and he is glad it worked out well. Mentions that he has enjoyed his time in the tournament and is enjoying T10 format. Tells that they would be chilling for a day and then have back-to-back games, and he is looking forward to it.

Morrisville Samp Army camp would be pretty thrilled with this effort. This win shows that you are never out of the game and one just needs to keep trying. With the bat, when they were under the pump, Shimron Hetmyer stood up and he got good support from Janat and Garton as well. They still were below par with the bat and looked down and out in the first five overs with the ball too. However, Dwaine Pretorius along with Nortje and Janat showed some brilliant death bowling skills and have pulled off a spectacular win here. Dwaine Pretorius picked three wickets and gave away just 11 runs in his two overs which turned out to be a game-changing performance in the end.
Bangla Tigers will wonder how did they make a mess of this one. They were chasing a small target of 101 after their bowlers did a perfect job with Benny Howell and Matheesha Pathirana making a maximum impact. They started the chase on a positive note as well with Zazai coming out all guns blazing. However, they lost the plot in the middle overs and at the death as Tigers faced 25 dots balls in the chase. No other batter except Zazai could get going and in the end they have fallen well short of the target.
Morrisville Samp Army have pulled off a heist here! What a brilliant comeback this has been, an absolute masterclass of death bowling! This will be a tough pill to swallow for Bangla Tigers but for Morrisville Samp Army this will be a huge confidence booster going ahead in this tournament.
