Gayle did hit a couple of important blows and kept Team Abu Dhabi in the game though. But Dwayne Bravo recovered quite well after going for a six on the first ball of the last over. It looked like Bravo would defend the target and right then Jamie Overton hit two big ones and got Team Abu Dhabi over the line.
Team Abu Dhabi did lose Paul Stirling early and did not have the most aggressive starts. But Philip Salt took the initiative and turned up the heat. He got his fifty and it looked like Team Abu Dhabi would get over the line with ease.
