Jaffery Sports Club Ground, Nairobi

Nairobi's top cricket ground, this venue got international status from the ICC in January 2007, after which it hosted its first ODI played between Kenya and Bermuda on January 29. With a capacity seating of 2000, it has considerably benefited from the financial contribution from Naushad Merali, a local businessman. The club looked after by the Ithna-Asharis community, has been making steady progress in this otherwise laidback country.
