Mahendra Singh Dhoni and BCCI don't seem to be on the same page as far as the cricket Board's policy on support staff is concerned. In spite of the BCCI appointing Ravi Shastri as team director for the ODI series in England, Dhoni said Duncan Flecther was the man in charge for now and till the 2015 World Cup. The BCCI secretary Sanjay Patel has said Dhoni's opinion is 'personal'. Dhoni is also upset that bowling and fielding coaches, Joe Dawes and Trevor Penney, were sent on a 'break' for no fault of theirs. "When a player drops catches, what can a coach do?" Dhoni told a news conference. Clearly, the mood in the Indian dressing room is one of confusion.
