Should Have Taken More Responsibility: Ajinkya Rahane

Ajinkya Rahane, who stitched a 141-run fourth-wicket partnership with Cheteshwar Pujara on Day 1 of the second Test against New Zealand in Kolkata on Friday, said he should have scored a century to help the hosts gain the upperhand in the match after India won the toss and batted first. Rahane (77) and Pujara (88) were out in quick succession to hand the Kiwis the honours in the third session of play.
