Rohit Sharma Deserves a Longer Run in Test Cricket: Sandeep Patil
Chief national selector Sandeep Patil said Rohit Sharma was a gifted batsman who did not get a fair run in Test cricket. The Mumbai batsman, who ran hot and cold in the recent Test series in the West Indies, has been picked for the three Tests against New Zealand. India have retained the squad that toured the Caribbean and only dropped Shardul Thakur and Stuart Binny for the home series against the Kiwis.
