Energy Levels of Indians Never Went Down: Sunil Gavaskar
Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar felt that early on there was some help for the bowlers and the Indians kept Quinton De Kock and Hashim Amla quiet but when they opened out a little bit later and got a few runs the energy levels of the Indians never went down. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Gavaskar said, "Indian bowlers kept Hashim Amla and Quinton De Kock quiet. They opened out a little bit later. They got a few runs but the energy levels of the Indians never went down. The energy level was really high and the fielding was outstanding to a great extent."
