Cheteshwar Pujara's Ton Has Given Indian Selectors Pleasant Headache: Sunil Gavaskar

Cheteshwar Pujara's seventh hundred in his comeback Test has given India's selectors a pleasant problem of plenty, Sunil Gavaskar told NDTV on Saturday after India finished day two of the final Test against Sri Lanka on 292/8. Gavaskar said when regular openers Shikhar Dhawan and Murali Vijay return from their injury-induced breaks, the duo will be automatically drafted in the playing XI while the selectors will also have the likes of Pujara and centurion from the last match, KL Rahul. The former India captain said the tourists were in a very good position in the match thanks to Pujara's unbeaten 135.
