Chess made medal sport at Asian Games

For the first time, chess has been made a medal sport in the Asian games scheduled to begin from the first of December. While a team of three grand masters comprising Krishnan Sashikiran, Pentala Harikrishna and Koneru Humpey will be representing India, this game of moves has brightened India's prospects in the Asian games.
