Nethula is a 29-year-old legbreak bowler. He was born in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh but has played all his professional cricket in New Zealand. He will be the man to watch out for on slow Indian tracks.

Speaking of men to watch out for, Brendon McCullum can never be discounted. With loads of experience from IPL stints, he can be a vital part of New Zealand's plan against India.

Overall, the spirit of the side seems to be more on a the positive side but the team will be aware that the Indian side is coming from a successful series against Sri Lanka and are well rested.
