Tiger Woods fired a 3-under 68 today, but fell eight strokes off the lead after Japan's Kaname Yokoo produced a 6-under 65 in the second round of the $1.65 million Dunlop Phoenix, Asia's richest tournament.Woods started off strong at the Dunlop Phoenix Country Club with an eagle on the par-5 No. 4 when his 40-foot chip from the edge of the green rolled in. But the World No.1 could manage only one more birdie on 16 on his way to a two-day total of 3-under 139."I hit the ball a lot better today," said Woods, who started the day's round seven strokes back. "The good thing is I'm playing better and hopefully I can play like this on the weekend".Yokoo, a regular of the US PGA tour, knocked down six birdies in a bogey-free round for an 11-under 131 total and a four-stroke lead over Spain's Sergio Garcia, England's Justin Rose and Zaw Moe of Myanmar. Jeev tied for 28th place India's Jeev Milkha Singh was done in by a double bogey on the final hole as he brought in a par round of 71 and stayed at 1-under at the halfway stage.
