Mikel Oyarzabal scored two goals for Spain, while Pedro Porro scored one. Oyarzabal opened the scoring in the 36th minute, converting from a Marc Cucurella cutback. Pedro Porro added Spain's second in the 66th minute, scoring his first senior international goal. Cucurella and Oyarzabal combined again for Spain's third goal in the 89th minute. Cucurella also had a goal disallowed in the first half, due to a foul on Austria's goalkeeper.
