Kavem Hodge swiftly moves in that direction and shows all his reflexes to take the catch. Stubbs will be doubly disappointed. Temba Bavuma and Tristan Stubbs chat briefly and Bavuma decides to not challenge the decision and walks away with his head down in disappointment. Shamar Joseph has rattled the top order of the Proteas. Shamar Joseph bowls it at a searing pace, on a good length, and gets it to jag back in a long way into the batter. Temba Bavuma is found searching for room as the ball cuts him in half and he gets pinged on the front pad. Kyle Verreynne shuffles a bit to cover the stump and tries to have a glance at it but misses on the inside edge and his thigh pad to rattle the top of the leg stump. He sprints out fast and sits on his knees screaming as if he was waiting for the day to arrive!  97/9

Jayden Seales stays over the pegs and delivers a length ball on the off stump line, and gets a sharp outswing with the seam positioned towards the first slip. Wiaan Mulder plays inside the line of the ball as he doesn't read the outward movement. Nandre Burger goes back and across to work it to the leg side but plays over the line of the ball. It sneaks past the inside edge and wears on his back pad. Kraigg Brathwaite is left unanswered to this one as he plays over the line of the ball and it creates a gap between the bat and the pad. The ball sneaks through the gates and clips the stumps. High-quality fast bowling throughout the day! West Indies lose their second wicket, and both their openers have been cleaned up early into the inning.  21/2

2 OUT! PEACH! Nandre Burger provides an early breakthrough for the Proteas! An excellent set up from him and Mikyle Louis walks back to the hut. After a barrage of balls slanting way outside off, Nandre Burger brings the angle into the batter this time around, pitching it full and on the of stump line, and it straightens after pitching. Mikyle Louis completely plays down the wrong line and gets beaten all ends up as he plays inside the line of the ball. It crashes and uproots the stumps in a flash.  2/1

Nandre Burger delivers it full and curves back into the batter from middle, Keacy Carty goes for a flick but mistimes as the bat twists a bit in his hands due to the searing pace from Nandre Burger. As a result, he fails to keep it along the ground and airs it flat and straight to Keshav Maharaj stationed at short mid-wicket. He crouches and takes a sharp catch to dismiss Keacy Carty. West Indies are falling like a house of cards with a mammoth task left unfinished. They still trail by 113 runs.  47/5

9.5 OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! Exemplary agility and athleticism from Wiaan Mulder. And West Indies are falling apart here. Wiaan Mulder bowls from around the stumps, delivers it full and on the middle. Alick Athanaze tries to flick it to the leg side but he closes the bat's face way too early. Gets a thick outside edge, and the ball travels flat and straight towards the bowler. Wiaan Mulder reacts quickly and bends low stretching his right hand out on his follow-through and takes a sharp one-handed catch just inches above the deck. Alick Athanaze departs on 1. Beats the outside edge on the previous ball and gets the nick on this ball. Mulder bowls it nice and full again and in the channel around off. 28.2 OUT! LBW! A huge appeal and given! Keshav Maharaj drops the length a bit short and bowls it on off and middle, turning it in a bit. Gudakesh Motie doesn't get in a good position as he looks to play a cross-batted shot, sort of a half pull but plays all over it and gets hit on the front pad. Motie has a chat with Holder and reviews the call. Nothing on UltraEdge and Ball Tracking comes up with three reds. Finally, Maharaj gets the breakthrough and Motie departs for 11 (35). Beating the outside edges by around 20 times, and this time he gets the success. He delivers it full and around the middle and leg. Jomel Warrican flicks it flat and aerially but fails to get it in the gap as the bat twists in his hand. Keshav Maharaj stationed at mid on, runs to his right and grabs it well. Jomel departs for a duck and Kagiso Rabada gets his first wicket after 13 gruelling overs in this match. 35.4 OUT! GIVEN LBW! After a series of short balls, Nandre Burger nails the full delivery and keeps it right around leg and middle. Jayden Seales tries to get his bat down in time but is rapped low on the pads. A huge confident appeal from Burger and his fellow mates for LBW and the umpire gives it out right away but Seales wants to have another look at it and sends the decision upstairs to challenge the on-field decision, although it looked pretty straight into the stumps at the first glance. Nandre Burger leans on the delivery to push it past the bowler but ends up chipping it back as the ball loops back to the bowler where Seales takes a sharp catch to his right on his follow through. Keacy Carty first goes on the back foot and adjusts by going forward covering the line to play it through the off side. 35.1 OUT! IN THE AIR AND GONE! The plan comes to fruition for South Africa and the smiles on their faces say it all. West Indies slip further into trouble as the hero of the first inning, Jason Holder departs. With a long on in place, Piedt comes from over the wicket and loops it up, full and turning in, on middle, Jason Holder gets tempted in the flight and plants his front foot ahead for the big shot. He looks to hit this with the turn to the right of long on but does not commit to the shot fully. Ends up spooning it straight into the hands of long on where Wiaan Mulder runs a few steps in off the ropes and does the rest.
