Hashmatullah Shahidi says Sri Lanka played really good cricket overall and credit to them. Tells they struggled with the bat in the back end and even the bowlers didn't bowl according to the plan. Shares they missed some key bowlers. Reckons Rashid Khan and Mujeeb Ur Rahman were missed dearly. Ends by hoping that his team has a good T20I series.

A forgetful series for Afghanistan as they have nothing to take away from this tour so far. They won the toss and started on a good note. Rahmanullah Gurbaz played really well along with Rahmat Shah. The pitch was made for a score around 300 and Afghanistan were on course but once the set-batter fell, we once again witnessed a batting collapse. Twice notably in this series which Afghanistan have to really work on it. Azmatullah Omarzai scored a fifty but nothing apart from that. They still had enough runs on the board but the bowlers were too sloppy right from the start and Sri Lanka cashed on it. Poor than expected from the visitors with the ball and they will be really disappointed with it.

A clean sweep for Sri Lanka as they win the final match comfortably. A dominating effort from the hosts throughout the series! Their batting though was exceptional in this match. Chasing a par total, they needed a good start but got more than that as both Pathum Nissanka and Avishka Fernando counted on the loose balls and put the pressure rightaway on the visitors. Avishka Fernando played the aggressive role but missed out his century by just 9 runs. Pathum Nissanka though made sure to get his ton and along with the skipper, Mendis kept the scoreboard rotating and chased it down pretty convincingly.
