Legendary Indian cricket team batter Sachin Tendulkar turned back the clock with an amazing all-round performance during a T20 exhibition match. In the game titled "One World vs One Family", Sachin took a wicket and also slammed 27 runs off just 16 deliveries. The knock was filled with trademark shots and fans were left nostalgic with his impeccable timing. The crowd was extremely excited about Sachin's potential face-off with Sri Lanka legend Muttiah Muralitharan and it was the spinner who ended up having the final laugh. Muralitharan dismissed Sachin on the very first ball to leave the crowd disappointed.
Sachin-led One World secured a four-wicket victory against Yuvraj Singh's One Family in a one-off match featuring 24 legendary players from seven countries on Thursday.
Tendulkar became a fan of the 34-year-old differently-abled cricketer, Amir Hussain Lone, who hails from Waghama village in Bijbehara. Master Blaster also expressed his wish to meet the cricketer and get a jersey with his name on it.
The 34-year-old is currently the captain of Jammu & Kashmir's Para cricket team. The cricketer met with an accident when he was 8 years old. He has a unique playing style, and he is an inspiration for everyone. Amir has been playing cricket professionally since 2013 after a teacher discovered his cricketing talent and introduced him to Para Cricket.
Amir lost both his arms in an accident at his father's mill when he was eight years old.
The former India batter was amazed after watching the video, wished to meet Hussain Lone in the future and congratulated him for inspiring millions.
