Rory Desmond McCann Profile
A right-handed batsman and wicketkeeper, Rory McCann made his List A debut against West Indies A in 2010 at Stormont. In the absence of regular keepers Niall O'Brien and Gary Wilson, McCann was selected for the 2010 World Cricket League Division One where he made his ODI debut against Kenya. He had an unsuccessful tournament with the bat but impressed with his glove-work eventually helping Ireland clinch the tournament. In 2010 he made his first-class debut against Canada in the Intercontinental Cup where once again he failed with the bat but was outstanding behind the stumps. McCann was then selected for Ireland's tour of Kenya followed by the 2012 World Twenty Qualifier.
