Colin Munro is the Player of the Match for his match winning fifty. He says that the pitch was a bit sticky but it went well. Earlier, the bowlers of Trent Rockets were on roll as they showed their class and restricted the Spirit to a low score. In reply, it was a pretty comfortable chase for the Rockets with Munro scoring a fine fifty.
London Spirit will look to forget about this game as soon as possible. It was a dismaying outing with the bat and they can't blame the bowlers much as they had very little to bowl. They had a good start by removing the openers early but failed to create chances lately and ended up on the losing side.
What a win for Trent Rockets! With this win, they replace London Spirit and go to the top of the table. The Rockets will be delighted with this win! The openers failed to make an impact but Colin Munro and Tom Kohler-Cadmore notched a partnership worth of 85. Tom Kohler-Cadmore fell short of his fifty but Munro scored a wonderful half-century and took his team over the line.
