That brings an end to this Bangladesh tour of Sri Lanka. We saw some really competitive games and loved bringing all the action to you. It's time for us to part ways and until we meet again for some other game, it's goodbye and cheers!
Sri Lanka captain, Upul Tharanga is disappointed about today but is proud of the fact that they played competitive cricket through the tournament. Further says his team faltered in the first six overs and things became difficult after that. Credits Shakib Al Hasan for using his variations and bowling smartly and for also using his experience very well. Ends by saying the attitude of his boys has been good but it's important to be consistent if you want to win against such teams.
Mashrafe Mortaza, the victorious skipper says that it's been a fantastic tour and his boys have shown great character in all formats. Also says that he has been to Sri Lanka before but he enjoyed this tour a lot. On his retirement from this format, he replies that finishing with a win is a great thing and he is proud to captain a talented bunch. Also thanks the Bangladesh board and his family for supporting him always.
Man of the Series, Lasith Malinga says the first 3 overs he didn't get any wickets but kept persisting and at the end of the day, got a hat-trick. Informs that he still isn't fully fit but is slowly getting there. Mentions that he can't play much cricket other than T20 right now because of his knee injury so will try and focus on that for the time being.
Man of the Match, Shakib Al Hasan says he thought it was a really good wicket but they were maybe 10 runs short. Opines they started off with the ball well and that got the momentum on their side. States they do not play T20 cricket as much as a team, so there are always areas to improve on. Mentions that it was a fantastic series and credits his boys for showing a lot of character while playing against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka. Praises and highlights the importance of Mashrafe Mortaza for Bangladesh cricket, wishes him the best of luck and hopes he can continue to share his experience back home.
The visitors, like with the ball now, were good with the bat earlier with some good contributions from their top order batsmen. It was enough to post a total which proved too much for the Sri Lankans. Right then, the Test series ended 1-1, ODI series ended 1-1 and now the T20I series also ended on level terms. A successful tour for the Bangla Tigers. Sri Lanka, on the other hand, are left with a lot of soul searching to do as they cannot keep on giving the excuse of going through the transition phase.
A big win for Bangladesh and they've leveled the series 1-1. After posting a good total on the board, their bowlers came out flying and ran right through the Sri Lankan batting line-up with Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman leading the charge, with 3 and 4 wickets respectively. There was some resistance in the middle from Thisara Perera and Chamara Kapugedera, and the latter went on to score his maiden fifty in this format, but other than that, everybody else fell rather easily.

Mohammad Saifuddin To Vikum Sanjaya OUT!
OUT! Bangladesh win by 45 runs to break their unfortunate 8-match losing streak! Fuller and on middle, Sanjaya gets deep inside the crease and tries to pump it over long off but fails to time his shot. It's aerial and Mahmudullah makes no mistake in the deep. The Bangladesh players are looking ecstatic and their supporters in the crowd are waving the flag. Mortaza is leading them off the park and is congratulated by the players from both sides. Lovely scenes.

OUT! Fourth wicket for Rahman! You miss buddy and I hit! Malinga was just blindly swinging his blade and all Rahman needed to do was put it in the line of the stumps. Lasith misses and it shatters the stumps. End is nigh for Sri Lanka.

Mustafizur Rahman To Chamara Kapugedera OUT!
OUT! No is the answer! Kapugedera holes out. Rahman once again serves a clever slower delivery, 119 kph, full and around off, Chamara is early into his shot and lofts it in the air over mid on. Debutant Mehedi Hasan comes forward a bit from the deep and takes the catch nicely with a tumble. Sri Lanka's last hope departs.

Mustafizur Rahman To Chamara Kapugedera
FOUR! Lucky boundary! Fuller in length and on middle, Kapugedera gets down on one knee for the slog sweep but it takes a big top edge and sails over the keeper for a boundary. Handy knock by him but the job is not done yet. Can he win it for his side?
Mustafizur Rahman back on to bowl.
