Right, then! We're done with this one. Australia win and go level on point with Pakistan. Tomorrow, the Kangaroos face off against the hosts, and Zimbabwe will have to win, otherwise they risk falling way behind in this tri-series. The action begins at 1000 local (0800 GMT) at this same venue. Do join in then. Cheers!
Australia captain, Aaron Finch, thinks they set the tone with the ball early on which set everything up. Reckons they have been training really well and hence it showed in the performance today. Feels that Jhye Richardson started it off with early wickets and the others bowlers piled on, which is pleasing to see. Is happy with his own effort in the field as he was able to take some good catches. Ends by saying he wants to lead by example so is happy he could fire with the bat.
The Pakistan captain, Sarfraz Ahmed, talks about losing too many wickets in the first six overs. Adds that Billy bowled really well, with a lot of bounce and pace, which made it difficult for batters to play him. Concludes by saying that they have plenty to work on and the boys will come back stronger after the break against Zimbabwe.
Alistair Campbell conducts the post-match ceremony. Billy Stanlake, the Man of the Match, starts by saying it was a disappointing tour of the U.K. so they wanted to improve as soon as possible. Adds that the boys have been great and sticking out for each other. Further asserts that his role is to take wickets and make it hard for the opposition to score runs. Also says that bowling four overs on the trot depend on the number of wickets and today, the skipper chose to bowl him out, probably the first time he did it. Ends by praising his captain Aaron Finch's catching and the overall fielding effort by his team.
Much to ponder for the Pakistan camp. They were let down significantly by their batsmen, subsequently putting too much on their bowlers. It can be argued the bowling maybe could have done better, but the asking rate and the brilliance of Finch rendered them handicapped. Mickey Arthur will have a lot to work on with Sarfraz and his boys.
The perfect start for Australia as they begin their journey in this tri-series. First, they did the business with the ball as Billy Stanlake and Andrew Tye did the bulk of the damage, restricting Pakistan to a low score. Then, Aaron Finch finished things off almost all on his own. The early wicket of Short didn't faze him at all. A quickfire 68 with some assistance from Short and Finch saw the game ending inside 11 overs. The Men in Yellow will be a happy bunch today.

Shadab Khan To Aaron Finch
Dropped and FOUR! And that is it. AUSTRALIA WIN BY 9 WICKETS! Bit of an anti-climatic end to the game, but it's all the same to the Kangaroos. Finch swings and looks to clear wide long on but doesn't have enough height on it. It goes straight to Asif Ali just inside the rope but he drops it. The ball lobs over behind him and rolls across the boundary line.

Shadab Khan To Aaron Finch
SIX! Take a bow, Aaron Finch! That is a stupendous hit. Tossed up leg spinner around off, Finch makes room, gets low and smacks it straight back down the ground for a flat maximum. Almost home now, are Australia.

FOUR LEG BYES! The rub of the green, ironically, isn't going Pakistan's way. Usman Khan with a back of a length ball on middle and leg, has nice pace on it and gets Finch on this occasion. Raps him high on the thigh pad as he rises to work it across the line. Loud appeal goes up but the umpire stays unmoved. Now, during all this, the ball has travelled all the way to the third man boundary. So, four bonus runs for Australia.

FOUR! Poor ball. Bad line and he's paid the price for it. Short and down the leg side, the Aussie skipper just helps the pull down the leg side, past short fine leg for a boundary.

Usman Khan To Aaron Finch
A bit of a misfield and that's three runs taken. Fifty for Aaron Finch, his 9th in this format. He swivels and pulls the length ball behind square leg. The man in the deep moves to his right and tries to stop it, but fumbles. The batsmen were going to take two, but then they helped themselves to another one.

In the air... but it's safe! Seeing the flight Head gives the charge to go big over the off side. Only skies it over the covers though. Luckily for him in this case, Shoaib Malik from mid off can't get to it in time. Single taken.
