Player of the Match and South Africa captain - Bjorn Fortuin says that, regarding his performance with the ball, they spoke about it in the T20s, about different guys contributing at different times, and they saw Jordan and Connor do a great job in the series with the bat, so he was fortunate enough to contribute with the ball today. On the importance of game time ahead of the long summer, he says any time on the field is taken with a lot of regard by players and they try to spend as much time on the field as possible, noting that game time is precious and the best learning happens out there, so from a learning point of view that is the most important thing for them. On what he will take from the tour of Namibia, he says it is always nice to come back and play in Namibia as he played quite a few amateur games back in the day and a couple of games with the Lions, so it is always nice to come back, see familiar faces and a couple of faces he played school cricket with, and hopefully they can be here again in the future.
Skipper of Namibia - Gerhard Erasmus says that on a day like today, there are perhaps more lessons, as it is a bit of a drubbing, and they would not like to play like that for one, and they pride themselves on being better than that, so it is basically not a lack of effort, and the next month or so of training and preparation for the USA series will also not be a lack of effort, but they need to upskill and get their mindset to the next level. On lessons learnt from the series, he says that, taking away the physical aspect for speed, South Africa produces quality throughout the innings and quality spinners, and they are a high-performance side that gets to the ball quickly, hits the ball hard and bowls fast, and if Namibia can get their levels closer to that, they will be better off for it.

Series sweep sealed dominantly - South Africa roared to a comprehensive 9-wicket victory over Namibia, clinical in their execution to seal a flawless 3-0 series whitewash. The Proteas completely outplayed the hosts across all three departments throughout the tour, and the final match followed a familiar dominant template. Backing up a stellar performance from their bowling unit earlier in the day, the South African batters made quick work of the chase. They exhibited class, aggression, and composure to hunt down the target in just 21.3 overs, wrapping up a highly successful and authoritative campaign on Namibian soil.
