That left Mujeeb Ur Rahman with 18 runs to defend in the last over and just like Mehidy Hasan in the Eliminator, the spin of Mujeeb Ur Rahman defended the score. It was a brilliant show by the bowling of Fortune Barishal. They defended really well here. Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Shafiqul Islam and Mehedi Hasan Rana got a couple of wickets each while Dwayne Bravo took one. Fortune Barishal have defended low scores before but to do so in pressure situations is a big statement!

But, the bowlers of Fortune Barishal had other plans. The wicket of Moeen Ali in the 16th over was a big moment in the game as his stand with Faf du Plessis would have taken the game away from Fortune Barishal. Still, 35 were needed from the last 4 overs and Sunil Narine joined Faf du Plessis. But this is when the bowlers weaved magic. 3 came from the 17th over, 10 came from the 18th over and in the 19 over, Mehedi Hasan Rana got rid of Faf du Plessis!

Comilla Victorians had a pretty decent start. The target wasn't very big so they took things a bit slow at the top and scored 38 in the Powerplay. But after that, Fortune Barishal got back in the game. First, they stymied the flow of runs to put pressure on the batters. That resulted in 3 wickets in no time for Fortune Barishal. Comilla Victorians went from 62 for in the 11th over to 68 for 3 in the 12th over. But still, Moeen Ali and Faf du Plessis were in the middle so they would have backed themselvers.

Fortune Barishal have done it! Wow, what a game we witnessed here! What a game! Fortune Barishal have scripted a sensational comeback. They did not have the biggest of totals but have done well to defend it. We saw something similar in the Eliminator when Chattogram Challengers won by 7 runs.
