That is all we have from this game. We have one more game coming up though. Fortune Barishal will face Sylhet Sunrisers at 5 pm IST (11:30 am GMT). Make sure you join us in advance for the build-up. See you there!
Afif Hossain, the skipper of Chattogram Challengers, says that it was a very important match as it was a do-or-die situation. Mentions that he was trying to get a stand with Will Jacks but unfortunately they could not carry on. Adds that the last couple of overs were really important and Mrittunjoy Chowdhury bowled really well in the last over.
Shamim Hossain is the PLAYER OF THE MATCH for his 37-ball 52. He says that it is a great feeling for him. Adds that he looks to bat through the innings.
Mahmudullah, the skipper of Minister Group Dhaka, says that they bowled well at the start but the death bowling was a bit poor. Adds that it was a chasable total and they were on the right track but it is disappointing to lose this. Mentions that if he had batted a few more overs, the result would have been different.
Stay tuned for the presentation.
Two overs of gold, 19th and 20th, were enough for Chattogram Challengers to steal a win. Yes, 11 came from the penultimate over but Tamim Iqbal was kept off strike before the start of the 20th, with a bit of luck. Mrittunjoy Chowdhury then provided the goods in the final over. The first ball was a wicket and after that, he made sure that Mohammad Naim could not get bat on ball to get Tamim back on strike. The southpaw did come back to face the last two balls but 7 were needed from them. There was also a no ball on the last delivery and we were one good hit away from a Super Over, but Mrittunjoy Chowdhury held his nerves and delivered for his team.
Minister Group Dhaka did not have a good start with the bat as Chattogram Challengers picked up 3 quick wickets inside the Powerplay. But a brilliant 71-run stand between Mahmudullah and Tamim Iqbal brought them back into the chase. The stage was set for the pair to see them through but Mahmudullah lost his wicket in the 15th over. But Shuvagata Hom came in next and delivered for his side as his 11-ball 22 got Dhaka back on top.
WHAT A GAME! What a win for Chattogram Challengers! They were out of it with the bat but made a strong comeback in the last four overs by scoring 51 runs. Then, they almost lost the game with the ball too but found a way to steal a win towards the end. The Challengers needed an inspired performance to stay alive and they have found it!

Mrittunjoy Chowdhury To Mohammad Naim
Chattogram Challengers win by 3 runs! Mrittunjoy Chowdhury keeps his composure and darts in a very full ball around off, Mohammad Naim fails to get under it and only manages to force it straight down the ground. The fielder in the deep collects it and it's only a run. Big celebration from Chattogram Challengers, they have saved their season, at least for now.

nb
Mrittunjoy Chowdhury To Mohammad Naim
HIGH FULL TOSS, IT'S A NO BALL! Is there a twist in the tale? Around middle, Naim swings his bat instinctively and gets it away off the top edge. The bowler takes the return catch but it's a no ball. Free Hit to follow.

b
Mrittunjoy Chowdhury To Tamim Iqbal
What a yorker! What a moment to nail this magic delivery! Mrittunjoy Chowdhury, you beauty. It's around off, Tamim fails to dig it out. They cross for a bye. 6 needed off 1 ball.

1
Mrittunjoy Chowdhury To Mohammad Naim
Fuller and around off, Mohammad Naim stays back to heave over the leg side but the top edge takes it over backward point. They cross. Tamim has two balls to score 7 runs.

Mrittunjoy Chowdhury To Mohammad Naim
Wide! Attempts for a slower one but this full delivery goes wide outside the tram line. Naim swings and misses. 8 needed off 3 balls.

Shortish and on off, skidding in, Naim mistimes his shot back to the bowler. Three dots.

Mrittunjoy Chowdhury To Mohammad Naim
Swing and a miss! Full in length and outside off, Naim plays outside the line and tries to heave but misses. This is not smart batting.
Mohammad Naim will take the strike now. He must find a way to get Tamim back on strike.

W
Mrittunjoy Chowdhury To Qais Ahmad OUT!
OUT! SOUND OF TIMBER! The golden boy strikes again. More than the wicket, it's a dot ball and keeps Tamim away from the strike. A length ball is arrowed in from around off, Qais Ahmad tries to power it over the leg side but it stays a bit low and beats his blade. The stumps are rattled. 9 needed off 5 balls.
Now then. 9 needed off the last over but Tamim Iqbal is not on strike. Mrittunjoy Chowdhury has the ball in his hand.

Shoriful Islam To Tamim Iqbal
EDGY FOUR! Poor Shoriful, cannot believe his luck. Yet another slower short ball outside off, Tamim shapes up for the pull shot across the line but only manages a top edge. It flies behind short third man and finds the fence.

Shoriful Islam To Tamim Iqbal
Another dot ball, this is excellent bowling. Slower one, short and around off, Tamim Iqbal tries to heave but gets an inside edge onto his pads. What a comeback from Shoriful Islam!

Shoriful Islam To Qais Ahmad
Smart thinking from Qais Ahmad. Taps a length ball to covers and hands the strike to Tamim.
Qais Ahmad makes his way out to the middle. He cannot afford to eat up deliveries.

W
Shoriful Islam To Shuvagata Hom OUT!
OUT! BOWLED 'EM! That's the length and the change in pace does the trick. The line is around middle, dropping on a good length, Shuvagata Hom is early into his shot and misses the ball completely. The stumps behind are shattered and Shoriful Islam is all pumped up. The momentum of Minister Group Dhaka has been disrupted. 14 needed off 10 balls.

Shoriful Islam To Shuvagata Hom
SIX! That's dismissed! Sorry length from Shoriful. Short and around middle and leg, Shuvagata Hom turns inside the crease and dispatches it over square leg for a biggie. 14 needed off 11 balls.
Right then. Who will bowl the penultimate over? Shoriful Islam has been brought back on.
