New Zealand Women beat India Women by 63 runs
Right then! That is all we have from this match. The hosts have gone 4-0 up and they will be looking for a whitewash come the final ODI. It might be a dead rubber but India Women will be looking to get one win in order to take some momentum with them into the World Cup. The final match of this tour will be played on Thursday, the 24th of February. The first ball will be bowled at 0330 IST (2200 GMT, previous day) but the coverage will begin much sooner. Do join us then. Take care and goodbye!
New Zealand Women skipper, Sophie Devine says with the bat they showed great intent. Adds, they know they can save a few more runs with better fielding and would work on it. Adds, the fans are backing us and she is glad they have the backing with the World Cup coming up.
Mithali Raj, the India Women captain is in for a chat. She says, they have been trying to work out on some combination and feels that the bowlers need to be more consistent and they will be looking to improve that department. Mentions, Richa Ghosh is a very exciting player for India.
Amelia Kerr is the PLAYER OF THE MATCH for yet another impressive outing with both the bat as well as the ball. She says, the openers got off to a flier and she is glad she could carry on the good work. Adds that she has worked a lot on herself in the winter and is all prepped up for a huge summer season. Mentions, to have such confidence heading into the World Cup is a massive advantage.
Presentation ceremony...
A daunting task was made almost impossible when Shafali Verma and Yastika Bhatia were sent packing early, neither of them even troubling the scorers. Smriti Mandhana came back into the side and played a few shots but she too perished soon. It was then a counter-attacking partnership from the skipper, Mithali Raj and young pocket-sized dynamite Richa Ghosh worth 82-runs which brought belief back into the Indian camp. Ghosh got out after reaching the 50-run mark and Raj followed suit as she looked to up the ante. After that, it was just a question of when the innings ends and by how much the hosts would win. The tail was cleaned up by Amelia Kerr and the visitors were handed a thumping defeat. They will now look to get something out of this series before the World Cup starts and would want to win the final match of the tour.
New Zealand Women have now gone 4-0 up in the five-match series and it was a dominating display with both the bat and the ball today from the hosts. To be honest, the win was set up with the bat, when the hosts scored 191. But just to seal the deal, Frances Mackay and Jess Kerr picked up early wickets to nip the chase in the bud in the Powerplay itself They had the visitors 19 for 4 inside 5 overs and it was a stern resistance then from Ghosh and Raj that delayed the win. Once those two were dismissed in successive overs, the hosts cleaned up the tail in almost no time. Mackay and Jess Kerr ended with two wickets each but Hayley Jensen and Amelia Kerr were the ones who did the job at the top and at the death respectively. Amelia Kerr rounded off a dominant all-around performance with 3 wickets in her final over. New Zealand Women will be pleased with that showing.

OUT! Cleaned up! A team Hat-Trick! Amelia Kerr has two in two and Renuka Singh is out for a golden duck. This is a peach of a delivery. It's the wrong 'un, nicely tossed up and around off. Renuka Singh presses forward to defend but the ball turns in sharply and goes through the gap between bat and pad, crashing int0o middle stump. New Zealand Women now just one wicket away from winning the match and Kerr is on a hat-trick. Is there anything this woman can't do?

Raj does charge down the track but is completely undone by the lack of pace. The ball hits the top of off stump and the Indian skipper has to depart.

Jess Kerr To Yastika Bhatia OUT!
OUT! CAUGHT! Disaster for India! A golden duck here for Yastika Bhatia and Jess Kerr has an early wicket! This is banged in a bit short, around middle. Bhatia tries to pull it away when she is in no position to play that shot. Bhatia goes through the shot and the bat twists in her hand as she makes a connection with the ball. The ball pops up off the higher part of the bat and goes towards mid-wicket. It's Suzie Bates again who's under it and she takes it reverse-cup this time.

Frances Mackay To Shafali Verma OUT!
OUT! TAKEN! What in the world happened here? Frances Mackay, the off spinner bowls a bumper, well outside off. How often do you even see that? Shafali Verma looks to take it on and sets up for the pull shot. Verma has to reach for it a bit and is through the shot early. The ball goes uppishly towards the mid-wicket region and Suzie Bates dives in front to take an excellent catch. Verma is out for a duck and New Zealand Women off to a perfect start.
