Victorious Namibian skipper, Gerhard Erasmus, credits the team and staff for the success. Erasmus, says that at 69/5, they needed someone to step up and they had a couple of guys do it. Adds that the Powerplay didn't go their way but Williams kept the run score ticking. Mentions that he wants more people to play the sport back home and adds that that will happen once this side does well on the world stage. Thanks the entire staff for looking after the squad.
Oman captain, Zeeshan Maqsood, says that it was a tough game for them. On their superb start, Maqsood says that the innings from Khawar was superb. Says that the ball was not coming on the bat well and hence they could not rotate the strike well. On their match on Wednesday, Zeeshan says that they will try their best to make it to the World Cup.
