So that is it from the Big Bash today! Two games and two very good games is what we witnessed. However, the excitiment continues on Monday as we have two more games lined-up. First it is the Sixers taking on the Stars followed by the Scorchers playng the Thunder. Till then, take care and goodbye!
Boyce has been awarded the MAN OF THE MATCH! His dream spell is whawt turned it around and he is probably the match winner for the visitors.
Boyce came on and he took two in one over, it seemed like that got the Heat batters tensed. They went to a cautiosu approach and that saw Samit Patel get Heazlett, Peirson in one over. Also, in that same over, Burns was run out. They did not have luck on their side too as Cutting was given out LBW but it seemed like it was slipping down leg. Cutting was probably the last nail in the coffin, once he fell, it was Renegades' game to lose and unlike their opponenets, they did not let it loose once they were on top and came out victorious.
What I saw was just unbleivable! I still can't get over the fact that HEat have lost this game. They too can't believe it. Their dug out is shell-shocked. They were cruising at one point, it seemed like they would gun this down within 12 overs or so. 84 for 1 is what their score was after the Powerplay, they had batters like, ABD, Renshaw, Cutting and a few others coming in, you would feel they would milk the remaning runs but what happened after that was just unreal.
