It's a fresh start for the Delhi District Cricket Association. Things are looking positive for the cricket's governing body in the capital. Not only will it be starting a professional twenty-20 league but will also launch their official website "DDCA.com". The 20-over format is already a hit in England, New Zealand and in Pakistan. The Indian cricket Board however is yet to adopt it. But the Delhi District Cricket Association has decided to introduce a professional twenty-20 league. This league will replace the existing one day competition in Delhi's Premier Division and will feature all eight teams that form a part of it. Also in the pipeline is an official website. Just like the twenty-20 league the DDCA will become the first cricket organisation in the country to have an official website even before its parent body, the BCCI.
