Commonwealth Games 2026 Day 7 Live Updates: Indian boxers have made the nation proud on Day 7 of the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The Indian boxing contingent has guaranteed 10 medals in the ongoing event, setting an all-time single-edition record for a single CWG. India's Yashas Palaksha is in action in the men's 400m hurdles heats Round 1 Heat 1. Starting on Lane 8, Yashas ends up finishing third in his heat, with a time of 49.65s. In Round 1 Heat 2, India's Santhosh Kumar Tamilarasan also finishes third, with a time of 49.51s.

Weightlifter Harjinder Kaur, standing just 5ft 3in, produced the performance of her career to claim silver in the women's 69kg category.
