It was celebrations for Mumbai in Chennai as team owner Nita Ambani receives a hug after the win.

Sachin Tendulkar may have been missing from on-field action but joined the celebrations after Mumbai defended a moderate total of 139 runs. He is seen here with wife Anjali (in blue) and Nita Ambani.

It was not all bad for Bangalore as they began well after losing the toss and being asked to bowl. Openers Sarul Kanwar (in pic) and Aiden Blizzard were sent back early.
Zoom
The bowling was good. The fielding was better as three Mumbai batsmen were run-out.
Zoom
Dirk Nannes spewed venom to tear the batting apart and put Mumbai in a grave spot of bother.
Zoom
James Franklin played a responsible knock of 41 however, to anchor the innings, batting at the fourth spot.
Zoom
His innings had two boundaries and two sixes and he played 29 deliveries before being run-out.
Zoom
Daniel Vettori, the Bangalore skipper however, managed to dismiss the tail cheaply and took two wickets.
Zoom
Mumbai may have posted just 139 on the board but Lasith Malinga opened the bowling with the usual ferocity he has shown for his club.
Zoom
Harbhajan was maverick with the ball as well. He took four wickets to ravage Bangalore's famed batting.
Zoom
There were sporadic innings played by some of the batsmen like Mayank Agarwal (in pic) that hinted at a fightback but it never really came.
Zoom
Bangalore batsmen were bundled out for 108 in 19.2 overs for a comprehensive win. Harbhajan Singh was adjudged man of the match and Lasith Malinga was declared man of the series.
