MI vs GT Highlights, IPL 2023: Suryakumar Yadav shone with 103 not out off 49 balls as Mumbai Indians defeated Gujarat Titans by 27 runs at Wankhede Stadium on Friday. Meanwhile, Rashid Khan's all-round effort -- 4 for 30 with the ball and unbeaten 79 off 32 with the bat -- went in vain. Earlier, Suryakumar's knock guided MI to 218 for 5 in 20 overs. After getting an invitation to bat first, Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan provided a flying start to MI but Rashid Khan dismissed both the batters in one over to bring GT back in the game. The Afghanistan spinner returned a four-fer but failed to restrict MI to a low total due to Suryakumar's unbeaten century. GT skipper Hardik Pandya had won the toss and opted to bowl.
