IND vs SA: India win!!!

South Africa fought well as David Miller hit 106 off 47 balls and Quinton de Kock too contributed with a 69 not out off 48 balls but one has to admit that India had an edge ever since they posted a daunting total of 237/3 on the board in the first innings.
Live Score: Back-to-back SIXES! Century for David Miller!
David Miller has raved to his century in 46 balls. This is a really special knock from the southpaw. Had the other South African batters also done bit better, the result of the game could have been something else. Nonetheless, take a bow Mr. "Killer" Miller.
A four from David Miller towards point region to Arshdeep Singh. South Africa need 49 more in 9 balls. This game might well be over for South Africa, but for a young Arshdeep, it is a good opportunity to gain the experience of bowling in slog overs in an international game.
IND vs SA: Required run rate shoots up for South Africa
The required run rate for South Africa has now gone over 18 runs per over. Things are getting more difficult for the Proteas here at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium. David Miller is unbeaten on 42 off 22 balls but Quinton de Kock's 29-ball 27 is probably helping India more than South Africa.
A short ball from Ashwin and David Miller jumped to the backfoot and hit it over mid-wicket boundary for a six. Miller is enjoying his time there at the middle.
India vs South Africa Live Score: Back-to-back FOURS!
David Miller has struck Harshal Patel for two consecutive boundaries. The first one he scored was hit towards fine leg, while the second went towards long-off.
A reverse-sweep from Quinton de Kock for a four. However, the asking rate for South Africa is still over 15. They need a solid partnership to stand a chance in this game or it will be a mere formality for them.
The light issue has not been resolved yet at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati and the match has still not resumed. This is definitely not a good thing to happen, but you never know about these machines. The reason behind the issue is yet to be known.
One of the light towers is not working, hence the play has been stopped for a while. South Africa are way behind in this game at just the start of their innings and the reason is a big target they are chasing and the two wickets they have lost so far.
Temba Bavuma has trapped by Arshdeep Singh. he falls for a 7-ball duck. This is what you call the pressure of a big chase! Bavuma wanted to hit the ball over mid-off but hit the ball straight into the hands of the fielder.
The second innings starts with Temba Bavuma taking the strike and Quinton de Kock at the other end. Deepak Chahar will bowl the first over. Here we go!
Virat Kohli is toying with the South African bowling at the moment. He has hit two consecutive fours to Anrich Nortje. The first one went towards the third man boundary, the second one went towards the cow corner.
Virat Kohli is also showing his class. For a moment, everything was mesmerized by the beauty with with Suryakumar was playing but Kohli made his presence count with some quality shots around the park. India are getting to a really big total.
This is poor bowling from the South African bowlers but equally good batting from Suryakumar Yadav. With both point and third man fielder inside the circle, Ngidi bowled a slower short ball way outside off-stump. SKY knew he just needed to play it over the fielders for a four. This is exactly what happened after that.
The South African pacer are not learning. Suryakumar Yadav went across the stumps and Rabada bowled it on his pads. The result was an easy six from SKY over deep square leg.
A short ball from Parnell outside off-stump got good bounce off the surface and Virat Kohli made good improvisation to hit it over extra cover for a four.
Virat Kohli went for a hard drive on the fuller ball of Lungi Ngidi. He was beaten by pace and got an outside edge. To his good luck, Kohli's edge flew right to the wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock for a four.
Another wicket for Keshav Maharaj. KL Rahul departs on 57 off 28 balls. South Africa have made a mini comeback here and the credit for it goes to Maharaj as he dismissed Rohit Sharma first and then returned to pick the wicket of Rahul.
