India picked two late England wickets on Day 4 of the 2nd Test in Visakhapatnam, to inch closer to a victory

Virat Kohli looked settled on the pitch, and was inching closer to another big total.

However, Stuart Broad got on the act and Indian wickets started falling like a pack of cards early in the day.

Adil Rashid was in inspired form, picking four wickets including the crucial dismissal of Virat Kohli, as India failed to put up a challenge.

Rashid's impressive bowling reduced India to 162/9 at one point in the morning.

However, tail-ender Mohammed Shami combined with Jayant Yadav in a 42-run stand for the last wicket to take India's total for 204.

It was Moeen Ali who eventually dismissed Shami, as India set England a target of 405 runs.

England started well, with openers Alastair Cook and Haseeb Hameed frustrating Indian bowlers with some solid defensive batting.

Haseeb Hameed scored 25 runs from 144 balls in a patient knock.

Hameed was eventually dismissed by R Ashwin as India finally got the much-needed breakthrough with just a few overs left in the day.

Alastair Cook completed his fifty with a single, and looked well set on the crease in the last few overs of the day.

Ravindra Jadeja eventually dismissed Cook in the final over of the day, handing India the edge ahead of the final day's play on Monday.
