England on Thursday thrashed the UAE by 189 runs in a Group A fixture of the ongoing U-19 World Cup at the Warner Park in St Kitts. Tom Prest scored a mammoth 154 runs as England went on to post a total of 362 for six. In reply, UAE were bowled out for 173 with Ali Naseer scoring a gutsy fifty. England top Group A with three wins from three games and have also qualified for the quarter-finals as table-toppers.
