Stuart Broad looks a proud man as he lifts the winner's trophy. This truly has been a fantastic performance by the Poms. That is all from us today then. The next stop is the 3-match T20I series that begins from this Sunday, the 9th of March from Bridgetown, Barbados. Till then, it's cheers and goodbye.
Joe Root has been adjudged the Man of the Match for his maiden ODI hundred. He has also been awarded the Man of the Series for his contribution with both bat and ball.
West Indies however, refused to throw in the towel and carried the fight on with Ramdin and Sammy battling it out there with a fifty-plus stand. Once Sammy fell, Ramdin took it upon himself to take West Indies home and he nearly did so with his maiden ODI hundred. His effort fell short in the end as England's total was just too much for one man to scale down alone. England bowled brilliantly as they kept on chipping away at the wickets consistently. Tim Bresnan was the pick with 3/45. As much as 8 bowlers were used by Broad that shows the luxury of choices he had today. Stay tuned for the presentation where the Man of the Match and the Man of the Series will be unveiled.
A terrific win for England which gives them the series 2-1. The chase began with all happening in the very first over! West Indies scored a couple of boundaries but also lost the wicket of Powell. The very next over, Smith fell to a loose shot to Broad and soon after England got a couple more in form of Darren Bravo and Lendl Simmons. With West Indies reeling at 43/4, Marlon Samuels and Denesh Ramdin tried to get things back on track but Samuels fell just when he was looking settled. At 80/5, Bravo and Ramdin looked to build a foundation but Bravo got out at a crucial juncture and from there on, they were always going to be behind the 8-ball.
Tim Bresnan to Denesh Ramdin
OUT! Bowled him and that is game, set and match! Bresnan finally gets his brain to think right, bowls a full and straight yorker that hits the base of leg stump, ends a phenomenal knock by Ramdin and that draws curtains on this series as well, England win by 25 runs and win the series 2-1.
FOUR! Ramdin's playing a blinder here! Again a short ball around off, Ramdin backs away and blasts this over point this time and collects another boundary.
FOUR! This is tremendous hitting! A short ball on middle, Ramdin rocks back and just swats it through mid-wicket for a boundary, 30 NEEDED OFF 16.
SIX! Take that! A length ball, right in the slot for Ramdin to clear his front leg and swing through the line for a massive hit over long on.

OUT! RUN OUT! A welcome wicket for England, Ramdin slaps it to short mid-wicket who does brilliantly to stop the ball and hurl it back to Broad who himself does well to whip the bails off at his end, Narine is just short of his crease as the replays show. WI NEED 41 OFF 19 with just 1 wicket remaining.
Stuart Broad to Sunil Narine
A yorker on middle, Narine digs it out only for a single.
SIX! What a shot that is! On a length on middle, Narine backs away a fraction and just smokes it over long on, he threw the kitchen-sink at it. 42 OFF 21 now.
Short ball on leg, pulled past short mid-wicket for a couple of runs.
Good length angling in on middle, Narine dabs it to point for a dot ball.
FOUR! Nicely done! Sliding down leg, Ramdin glances it down fine past the keeper and gets another boundary, 50 NEEDED OFF 24. Can they somehow pull it off?
