That is all from us then! A successful tour for Australia as they won the Tests as well as the T20Is in South Africa. Next stop, Bangladesh for the ICC T20 World Cup. Live action begins from this Sunday, 16th of March. We wish both these teams best of luck for the World Cup but for the moment, it's goodbye from us.
MITCHELL STARC was adjudged the Man of the Match for his outstanding bowling spell. QUINTON DE KOCK for being the leading run scorer was adjudged the MAN OF THE SERIES.
South Africa were pretty poor with the ball as large number of deliveries were on the shorter side. Easy runs were given away. The Australians on the other hand, were quite accurate with most of their bowlers firing at the block-hole. Both teams now head to Bangladesh for the T20 World Cup and would look for a successful outing there. Stay tuned for the presentation.
A fairly comfortable win for the visitors with 5 overs remaining. By the virtue of that win, Australia have wrapped up the series 2-0 as well. The chase began in a smashing manner as the openers Finch and White got them off to a cracking start. Though wickets fell in the middle, the Aussies made sure that they didn't let that affect the run rate and in the end, romped home with 6 wickets in hand.
