It was a completely one-sided affair today. Was agonizingly short as well! The next ODI is on May 31st at 1030 local time. It's a day game, unlike today. Join us for all the coverage. Till then cheers and goodbye!
Chris Jordan is named Man of the Match for his maiden five-wicket haul. Jordan says that he is happy to put in another good performance. He didn't think he was too bad at Durham but there were a few dropped chances and admits that's how cricket is. Accepts that he was a bang-in bowler in his early days. These days he prefers to bowl the fuller lengths.
England now lead the series 2-1 and have an upper hand. Sri Lanka will be low on confidence after this drubbing and will need to do much, much better in the next game.
This was as short as a T20 game. It lasted nearly exactly three hours, so a T20 game that gets over before the scheduled time of close. England skittled the Lankans out for just 67 and ensured that they reached the target without a single hair being pulled out. Clinical performance indeed! The openers did not have much trouble apart from the one dropped catch.

SIX! That's it, England WIN BY 10 WICKETS! Tossed up on middle, Bell dances out and sends the ball sailing over the long on boundary. Sri Lanka have been outplayed today.
