Nuwan Kulasekara bags the Player of the Series award! Says that both games were very close and it's a pleasure to win both of them. However, he admits that there are a few areas to be addressed. Adds that he is looking forward for the ODIs.
Thisara Perera is named the Man of the Match. Says that once six wickets fell, he had the chance to show his talent. Says that, he needed to support Sangakkara when he walked in.
Dinesh Chandimal says that he is really happy with the win and credits his bowlers for setting it up nicely. He praises Sangakkara and Perera for their partnership. Also adds that it was a good preparation leading to the World Cup and it's an advantage for them to know the conditions. He also thanks the Sri Lankan supporters for coming in large numbers.
Mashrafe Mortaza says that he is disappointed with the batting but at the same time bowling and fielding were outstanding. Adds that there are so many things to learn from this series. He signs off by thanking the crowd for their support!
Bangladesh were poor with the bat but once again they were excellent in the field. Mashrafe Mortaza led them well and made some smart bowling changes. As far as their preparation for the upcoming mega event is concerned, they need to work on their batting.
It was a pretty low total which Sri Lanka was chasing but they made a mountain out of a molehill. Kusal Perera provided the brisk start but the wickets continued to tumble and the sanity prevailed when Sangakkara joined forces with Thisara Perera. Together the duo resurrected the chase and brought it back on track with a 46-run stand for the seventh wicket. The wicket of Sangakkara made it interesting but Perera along with Senanayake see Sri Lanka to a 2-0 series win.
Heart break for Bangladesh again! So near and yet so far in consecutive matches. Once again they gave Sri Lanka a good run for their money but failed to cross the final hurdle. The visitors, who are also the number one T20I side, won't be too impressed with their batting in both games and that's one area they will look to brush up before the T20 World Cup.
Farhad Reza to Sachithra Senanayake

Bowls the yorker, around off, Sachithra whips it through mid-wicket, places it well enough for another couple. 4 needed off 3!
