That's it from us then. Hope you enjoyed our coverage. It was a closely fought Test series. Bangladesh could have won the first game too but just lacked the finishing touch. They made sure they don't let the momentum shift away and came back harder in this second Test to level the series 1-1. Lots of positives for the hosts whereas England will look where they went wrong as they are going to face India soon and that will be more challenging. Thanks for joining in to our coverage and we hope the same for future games. There are couple of Tests going on at the moment so you can switch over to them. It's goodbye from us. Cheers!
Man of the Match and Series, MEHEDI HASAN says he is really happy and he's excited about this moment. He thanks his teammates as they support him well. Adds he wasn't nervous at all but admits he was nervous when he was asked to bowl for the first time. And mentions whenever he was nervous, his seniors came to support him. Says it's important to bowl in good areas. Feels the soft ball helps him a bit.
Bangladesh captain MUSHFIQUR RAHIM feels it's a great moment for Bangladesh cricket and credits the boys for showing character. Feels Shakib and Mehedi bowled really well in these conditions. Adds the guys didn't bowl that well but they came back harder to pick wickets and that's important. Thinks the new ball goes in England's favour a bit but after that the Bangladeshi bowlers adjusted to the old ball really well. Says Mehedi Hasan is not just a good bowler but can contribute with the bat as well. Adds they have played really well in the last two years and thinks they have to be prepared for future series as they can't expect these home conditions everywhere. Thinks they were in the game in the last Test too and drew a Test against Pakistan so they want to play more Test cricket and feels ICC will probably send more Test teams in Bangladesh. Credits his boys for playing so well and thanks ECB for coming over to Bangladesh.
England captain ALASTAIR COOK says they got off to a very good start and wanted to take their partnership deep but admits they showed inexperience in these conditions. Credits Bangladesh for bowling so well. Adds he knew he would need some chances. He is totally okay with spinning wickets as one grows up to his home conditions just like how England are grown up playing cricket on seaming decks. Adds England didn't really bowl that well but it's important to have the right game plan. Feels you just pick guys who score runs and it doesn't matter if he's right-handed or left-handed. He is proud though of coming here and playing Test cricket. Credits Bangladesh once again and says they have developed strongly as a One-Day side too. He wants to thank the Bangladeshi players and the English supporters as well.
Bangladesh started their second innings positively once again as Tamim Iqbal and Imrul Kayes gave them a wonderful start. Kayes smashed a fifty this time while Mahmudullah and Shakib Al Hasan chipped in with some useful contributions. This time Adil Rashid was the star for England as the leggie grabbed four wickets. England were on course to chase down 273 after being 100 for no loss at Tea but simply lost their way in the final session. They lost all their 10 wickets for just 64 runs. Mehedi Hasan was the destroyer-in-chief yet again as he grabbed six and this time Shakib took four wickets to hand them a famous win.
England didn't start positively as they lost early wickets. Apart from Root's fifty and some handy contributions down the order, nothing clicked for them. They were 144/8 at one stage but eventually managed 244 runs on the board. The teenager Mehedi Hasan grabbed six wickets while Taijul took three.
The momentum kept swinging in this Test match. Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat on a wicket which already had some cracks. Tamim Iqbal gave the hosts a solid start as the southpaw hit a stylish ton. He was well supported by Mominul Haque but Bangladesh simply collapsed after that. Moeen Ali was the star for England as the offie took a 5-fer.
The Bangladesh players are jumping around! Lovely celebrations followed by a team huddle. Congratulations Bangladesh. What a turnaround it was after Tea! England started the final session at 100-0 with needing 173 more runs after the solid start by Duckett and Cook. What followed was a stupendous comeback. The teenager Mehedi Hasan ran through the batting lineup along with the veteran Shakib Al Hasan to hand Bangladesh one of their most famous wins.

Mehedi Hasan To Steven Finn OUT!
OUT! THERE IT IS! First ever win for Bangladesh against England in Test cricket! Finn is given out LBW but Bangladesh hold their celebration as the number 11 wants to review. They realize there are no reviews left for England and they start celebrating. What a win! They're totally overjoyed and they have every right to do so! Coming to the ball, it landed just outside off, turns a bit, Finn gets down a bit on his knee to hit it across but misses and gets hit on the pads. The umpire takes a small pause and raises his finger. BANGLADESH WIN BY 108 RUNS AND LEVEL THE SERIES 1-1!

Shakib Al Hasan To Zafar Ansari OUT!
OUT! Excellent grab! The Bangladeshi players are all pumped up here. Three wickets in this over, are you serious? It's pitched on middle and leg, Ansari flicks it to the leg side. The ball goes towards the short leg fielder but it ricochets off him and goes to his left side. The leg gully fielder comes across and then collects the ball to complete the catch. Nicely held by Imrul Kayes and Bangladesh are just one wicket away from a famous win!

Shakib Al Hasan To Adil Rashid OUT!
OUT! LBW! Two in two! That's plumb! Tossed up on middle and leg, Rashid tries to play it off his back foot but misses and gets hit on the pads. Big, big appeal for a leg before and the umpire raises his finger. He decides to take a review but replays show he was dead plumb. England have no reviews left too. What a turnaround, this.
Rashid is given out LBW first ball. He takes a review though...
ADIL RASHID walks out to bat.
