That's it from us then! Hope you enjoyed our coverage. Australia will now play against Pakistan whereas New Zealand will go back home to play against Bangladesh. Do join us for future games. Until then, goodbye and take care. Cheers!
Australian captain, STEVEN SMITH cheekily says the last catch which he took wasn't a bad one. Adds the bowlers did a terrific job throughout the series. When asked about the difference, it's about the players who are in top form going on to make hundreds. He is happy with that turnaround. Credits Starc and the rest of the bowlers too.
New Zealand captain, KANE WILLIAMSON admits Australia were too good throughout the series. Adds he is disappointed with New Zealand's performance though. Feels 264 would have required some partnerships and they were not smart with their batting. Credits David Warner for hitting 156 when it wasn't easy at the start. Thanks his supporters and adds that they need to improve. Ends by congratulating Australia.
Man of the Match and Series, DAVID WARNER feels it was a team performance and the bowlers executed their plan really well. Says he was wearing the black armband as his first coach until he was 16-17 passed away and wants to pass condolences to his family. Adds the back-to-back tons are for his two daughters.
Convincing win for the Aussies. They were too good for the Kiwis in this series. New Zealand had their moments but weren't good enough. Australia take the Chappell-Hadlee Series in some fashion. The last time New Zealand were whitewashed in an ODI series was against Bangladesh in 2013.
The Australian bowlers then did the job with the ball and didn't let any Kiwi batter to pose a threat. None of them looked really dangerous as Australia kept taking wickets at regular intervals. Starc was the best of the lot as the pacer grabbed three wickets while Cummins, Faulkner and Head chipped in with two wickets each.
Australia have completed a clean sweep against New Zealand! Another comprehensive win for the Aussies! They were the better side in all departments. First they posted a strong total on the board on a two-paced wicket, thanks to a magnificent 156 by David Warner.

Pat Cummins To Trent Boult OUT!
OUT! WHAT A WAY TO FINISH IT OFF. A back of a length delivery outside off and Boult goes fetching for it as he tries to steer it towards third man. The ball gets the outside edge and flies towards the second slip. Smith, who was standing there dives full stretch towards his right and takes a beauty with one hand. He is making it a habit. AUSTRALIA WIN BY 117 RUNS AND WIN THE SERIES 3-0!
Cummins is back on.
