India Women managed to get through the top order of Australia Women, but they had no answer to the power-hitting of Ellyse Perry and Ashleigh Gardner. They missed their lengths quite a bit and were smashed all around the park. Deepti Sharma was the only bowler who looked good and picked up couple of crucial wickets while Radha Yadav got one, but no one else could support them and now they have to chase a huge total. Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma will need to give them a good start to have a chance of gun this total down.

Australia Women have put on another brilliant batting display here. They did not start that well losing Beth Mooney early, but Alyssa Healy played some lusty blow to counter attack before she had to retire hurt due to a tweaked muscle in her leg. Tahlia McGrath followed her soon after as well. After, that it was another Ellyse Perry show who stitched up an excellent partnership with Ashleigh Gardner of 94 runs. The latter fell before her half-century, but Perry continued her onslaught with Grace Harris who played a quick cameo as well. Ellyse Perry remained unbeaten on 72 off just 42 balls and took her side to a mamoth total of 188. It is now up to their bowlers to do their job and wrap up the series.
