IND-W vs AUS-W, 3rd T20I Highlights: Top knocks from Ellyse Perry and Grace Harris, followed two-wicket hauls from Darcie Brown and Ashleigh Gardner, guided Australia to victory by 21 runs against India in the third T20I, at the Braborune Stadium on Wednesday. Asked to bat first, Australia lost some early wickets but Perry smashed 75 runs off 47 balls while Grace Harris scored 41 off 18 balls and propelled Australia to 172/8. Chasing 173, Team India also had a horrible start but Shafali Verma kept the hopes alive with her 52-run knock, before getting dismissed by Nicola Carey. For Australia, Brown and Gardner scalped two wickets each while Carey, Megan Schutt took one wicket each to restrict India at 151/7. India Women were brilliant with the new ball dismissing Alyssa Healy and Tahlia McGrath cheaply. However, they leaked a lot of runs after the Powerplay and were put under the pump by Beth Mooney, Ellyse Perry and Grace Harris. They clawed their way back into the game during the death overs and as a result, restricted Australia Women to a lower total. Renuka Singh was the pick of the bowlers for India Women with figures of 2 for 24 from her four overs while Anjali Sarvani, Devika Vaidya and Deepti Sharma too chipped in with two wickets each.

A decent end to the innings but Australia Women will feel that they are at least 15 runs short. Sent into bat first, Australia Women were off to a poor start losing two wickets inside the first two overs. Beth Mooney and Ellyse Perry resurrected the innings with a 64-run stand. After the departure of Beth Mooney, Ellyse Perry unleashed herself and put on a show. Grace Harris provided her support and did not shy away from playing her shots. The departure of Ellyse Perry and Grace Harris saw Australia Women lose their way towards the back end of the innings to end up with a below-par total.
